Self defense is a human right. For that right to flourish, it has to be protected for everyone – especially those who find their rights under threat.
We believe that an informed and prepared community is a safe community. Our mission is to offer low or no-cost training as well as quality first aid / emergency medical supplies and self-defense tools – and the knowledge to use them safely and effectively.
In addition to our public classes, we are happy to make training work on your schedule. We would love to work with your group, organization, friends or colleagues to find a time and place that works best.
Our instructors are part of their local communities and are eager to help you build yours.
